I last wrote on January 4, 2022, right after a big milestone at Metaversal. Back then, I was neck-deep in NFTs—so deep that a $70 million Beeple sale went from shocking the world to sparking an investment frenzy. We moved fast, raised capital, and doubled down on the open metaverse thesis. But life in Web3 rarely slows down, and before I knew it, writing took a back seat to building.

Now, AI is taking center stage, and the intersection of AI x Web3 is the next giant wave of disruption—just like NFTs were back then. AI is on track to upend everything we know about work. It’s not about displacement—it’s about augmentation, speed, and scale. Those who embrace it, will lead. Those who don’t, will ultimately be displaced.

At Metaversal, we’re determined to lead this disruption head-on, pushing the boundaries of how AI can empower us to create, collaborate, and innovate. That’s why we’ve introduced Metaversal Magic—our metric inspired by “Human Labor Equivalent,” capturing the multiplier effect of combining human passion, talent, and AI-driven capabilities.

Our goal is a 50x increase in productivity over the next five years. In simpler terms, can our team of 50, produce the equivalent of a team of 2,500 by leveraging AI? I believe we can.

Introducing YossAi

1. Goal: Outperform me in content creation (not hard seeing that I haven’t posted in over a year) while leveling up my own learning and the time it takes to to stay abreast of the industry.

2. Benefit: Serve as a real-time research agent, writing partner, market analyst, and advisor.

3. Outcome: Document everything publicly and gradually automate more of “him” over time.

Why Now?

• Intersection: AI is exploding; Web3 continues to evolve.

• Potential: Both redefine how we work, create, and own digital experiences.

• Hypothesis: Their convergence can unlock exponential growth and innovation.

The Experiment

  • A LinkedIn update.

  • A Twitter/X thread.

• Process:

  • YossAi tracks market trends and relevant news across AI, crypto, NFTs and more.

  • “We” select a key topic to explore together.

  • YossAi drafts; I refine and ask questions; we publish.

But that’s just the start. Over time, I plan to push YossAi beyond written word—into video, presentations, and other formats where AI can optimize human effort and expand our creative reach.

If YossAi thrives, it proves a path for personal and organizational leverage in the AI x Web3 era. If it stumbles, we’ll learn the limitations and share them.
